These terms ensure a structured, safe, and effective coaching experience. By purchasing my services, you acknowledge and accept that the Terms and Conditions outlined below constitute a legally binding contract between you and Lyft with Larry.

Client-Trainer Agreement

This is a stand-alone plan, and the client is solely responsible for their own actions throughout the duration of the program.

​

My 8-week coaching program is designed to support your fitness goals with personalised workout plans and nutrition guidance.

​

• I, the trainer, will use my expertise to create a safe and effective training program based on the information you provided in the client intake form, including your goals, fitness level, and preferences.

• The only services provided in this program are the training plan and access to the app, available exclusively for the 8-week duration of the plan.

• The plan will start on the date you choose and run for 8 weeks.

• All client information will be kept strictly private and confidential. If medical clearance is required, you must provide relevant details.

• Services are provided by a certified, experienced, and insured Personal Trainer.

Risk of Physical Activity

Engaging in physical activity carries inherent risks, including the risk of injury. Lyft with Larry strongly recommends obtaining medical clearance before beginning this program. You acknowledge that you participate at your own risk and accept full responsibility for any injuries or health issues that may arise.

Disclaimer of Medical Advice

The guidance provided by Lyft with Larry does not constitute medical advice. You should consult a medical professional before starting any new exercise or nutrition plan.

Commitment Period

​

The 8-week coaching plan is a fixed-term program. No early cancellations or refunds will be permitted once the program has started.

Outcome Disclaimer

Results will vary based on individual effort, adherence, and lifestyle factors. I cannot guarantee specific results within the 8-week period.

Cancellation Policy

• This program is non-refundable once purchased.

• If unforeseen circumstances arise, exceptions may be considered at my discretion.

Data Processing

• Data Protection Legislation: Refers to the General Data Protection Regulation 2018 ("GDPR") and any successor legislation.

• Personal Data: Any information relating to an identifiable individual, such as name, email, or fitness data.

Lyft with Larry acts as a data processor and will:

• Process Personal Data only per your written instructions.

• Implement technical and organisational measures to protect Personal Data.

• Restrict data access to authorised personnel and ensure compliance with data protection laws.

• Notify you of any Personal Data breaches without undue delay.

• Delete or return Personal Data upon program completion unless legally required to retain it.

By signing up, you consent to Lyft with Larry using SQUARE as a third-party data processor.

Release of Liability

You acknowledge that you have read and fully understand this agreement, including the release of liability. You agree not to hold Lyft with Larry, its trainers, or associated personnel responsible for any injury, property loss, or damages.

Waiver of Negligence Claims

This waiver includes any claims arising from negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Severability

If any part of these Terms and Conditions is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
