LAST UPDATED: 22/01/25
1. Introduction
Welcome to Lyft with Larry! By enrolling in my online coaching services, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. These terms are crafted to ensure a safe, effective, and enjoyable experience for all clients. By purchasing my services, you acknowledge and accept that the Terms and Conditions outlined below constitute a legally binding contract between you and Lyft with Larry.
2. Client/Trainer Agreement
My online coaching services are tailored to meet your individual fitness goals. I provide personalised workout plans, nutrition guidance, and support to help you achieve your desired outcomes.
I, the trainer, will use my skills and knowledge to design a safe programme of exercise that will take into account the personal goals, fitness levels and exercise likes and dislikes.
I, the trainer, will provide online coaching, advice and support that the client may need to help them achieve their goals. The client’s progress will be regularly monitored and the programme revised and adjusted accordingly.
All client information will be kept strictly private and confidential. If I, the trainer, require further medical information from a practitioner, the client must provide such details.
It is understood between client and I, the trainer that both will commit to the programme and give 100% effort.
Services are provided by certified, experienced and insured Personal Trainer.
3. Risk of injury
Physical exercise can be strenuous and carries a risk of serious injury. Accordingly, Lyft with Larry recommends that you obtain a physical examination from a doctor before using any exercise equipment or participating in any physical activity. By participating in exercise or training activities, you do so entirely at your own risk. Any enhancement products you use are your responsibility, and you should consult a physician before making any dietary or supplement changes. You further agree that your participation in these activities is voluntary and that by using the services of Lyft with Larry, you assume all risks of injury, illness, or death.
4. Disclaimer of Medical Advice
The information and advice provided by Lyft with Larry are not from a medical professional. You should seek the advice of a qualified medical professional before following any program.
5. Commitment Period
A four-month minimum commitment is required for online coaching services purchased from Lyft with Larry.
6. Client Responsibility
Clients are expected to actively participate in the online coaching program by engaging with their plan, completing weekly check-ins, and maintaining regular communication. Due to the limited number of spaces available, I reserve the right to terminate the coaching agreement if a client consistently fails to engage, demonstrate effort, or adhere to the program requirements. This policy ensures that all clients receive the attention and support they deserve, while maintaining fairness to others who are committed to their fitness journey.
7. Outcome Disclaimer
Results from my services may vary, and I cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
8. Cancellation Policy
-
Notice Period: After the initial four-month commitment, cancellation requests will trigger a 30-day notice period. Any payments due within that notice period will be collected.
-
Refunds: Payments for services or deposits made to Lyft with Larry are non-refundable.
9. Release of Liability
You acknowledge that you have carefully read these terms and conditions and fully understand that they include a comprehensive and binding release of liability in respect of Lyft with Larry. You expressly agree to release and discharge the trainer(s) or instructor(s) (including employees, directors, or officers of Lyft with Larry) from any and all claims or causes of action and waive any right to bring legal action against Lyft with Larry for personal injury, property loss, or damage.
10. Waiver of Negligence Claims
For clarity, the release and waiver in clause 9 also cover any action under the tort of negligence (whether such negligence is founded in statute, common law, or otherwise) to the extent lawfully permitted.
11. Severability
If any portion of this release and waiver is deemed invalid by a Court of competent jurisdiction, you agree that the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions shall remain in full force and effect and that the invalid provision will be severed.
