What is it?

Lyft Shift is an 8-week kickstart program designed to help you start 2026 feeling stronger, healthier, and more confident. Beginning 5th January, you’ll get everything included in my 8-Week Training Plan plus two in-person personal training sessions at BCP Fitness in Margate to help you nail your form, boost your confidence, and feel comfortable in the gym from the very start.

Please note: The PT sessions take place at BCP Fitness, Margate. Please ensure you’re able to travel there to complete them. These must be used within the 8 week plan period.
